Early life
Henneman-Dallape grew up in Oregon, Ohio, where she developed into one of the region's top volleyball prospects. Her combination of size, attacking power, and versatility eventually led her to Ferris State University, where she would become one of the most decorated athletes in program history.
College career — Ferris State Bulldogs (2020–2024)
Over five seasons at Ferris State, Henneman-Dallape established herself as one of the premier players in NCAA Division II volleyball. Her senior season in 2024 was particularly dominant: she led Ferris State to a 34–1 record, a Midwest Regional Championship, and an NCAA Division II Elite Eight appearance while helping the Bulldogs rise to the No. 1 ranking in the nation.

Playing career
In January 2025, Henneman-Dallape signed her first professional contract with Finnish club Pölkky Kuusamo. The move took her to northern Finland, where she spent nearly five months competing professionally. During this period she transitioned from outside hitter to opposite, adapting to a different style of play and a more professional, business-oriented volleyball environment.
In late 2025, Henneman-Dallape joined Grand Rapids Rise after entering training camp as a tryout player. Her performance earned her a professional contract and a chance to compete for a roster spot in Major League Volleyball.

Henneman-Dallape is known for her powerful attacking, efficient hitting percentage, strong blocking presence, and positional versatility across the outside and opposite positions. Throughout her collegiate career she was recognized as one of the most efficient offensive players in Division II volleyball. Her responsibilities on the court include:
